We've been in the glass manufacturing business for quite some time now, with a team of 25 dedicated individuals and an annual turnover ranging between $10 to $20 million. Before integrating Synergy into our operations, we relied on a well known yet standard industry software and manual customer communications, which, although functional, left much to be desired in terms of efficiency and transparency.

In terms of savings, we've made reductions in staffing requirements – approximately two and a half full time equivalent staff members. Overall, integrating Synergy into our operations has not only streamlined our processes but has also contributed to our bottom line. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
